Silk Hair Studio is a home based hair salon that caters for the whole family.  We are located in the Riverwalk estate in Werribee.  The owner, Amanda, has an incredible passion for hair and has over 20 years experience in the industry, starting her first salon assistant job at just 15.  Amanda qualified as a hairdresser in England in 2004 at age 20.  After emigrating to Australia in 2006 Amanda worked for a highly reputable salon in Werribee before opening her own business in 2009.  Amanda continues to educate herself regularly, completing courses in advanced colour, balayage, hair extensions, keratin smoothing, cutting and styling, she is now a master at her craft and loves to create on trend styles and colours.

At Silk Hair Studio we only stock high quality professional colours and products,  using the most natural Australian ingredients. The colour line is low too and has removed all harsh chemical ingredients.  All products are vegan and PETA certified, cruelty free.
